I think biggest challenge with battery technology is keeping them cool so they dont burn up, especially in places like Arizona/Nevada where temps get into the 120's. Highway asphalt are over 170 degrees. With those batteries a foot or two above that for hours and your ass seating right above those... kind of worrisome.

Absolutely because you would have accountability. There would be less corruption/hustling if manufacturers were selling direct IMO. Also every “dealer” so to speak would be the same so you wouldnt have to bother shopping around and finding the model/deal you want.
