I have a 2002 5.9 almost exactly like this but no rust. Just use it for hauling kids around on road trips. Love it!

Hate seeing cars with different make wheels. Was really bad in the Camaro / firebird days. Firebird rims on a Camaro. Dodge/Ford/Chevrolet should not swap rims. annoying...!
