I don’t see why the company should have to foot the bill for the victims’ bullshit lawsuit. To keep the cost of doing business down, you need to be evenhanded and if you can recoup costs from plaintiffs do it. Crinemark did nothing wrong here.

Not realistic as Blastoise is only 5 foot 3, 185 pounds. Jonah Hill would dwarf Blastoise.

I wouldn’t prefer it, but I think that there is a level of acceptable risk that we can tolerate to the kid to try and save both. I would say I value Harambe at least 50% as much as I value a random kid. The value of various living things differs by degree, not by kind.

Sonic Adventure 3. Just a more polished version of Adventure 2, minus all the terrible Knuckles levels where you scour the levels for stuff. Those were so slow they made me furious. Alternately, a Sonichu game that is true to the lore and artstyle with high production values.

He’s not a thing, he’s a person. An evil person, but a person all the same. Humans have a capacity for great evil, pretending those that do evil weren’t humans in the first place won’t change that.

He would win easily. The jury wouldn’t find for him, but he could get a judgment notwithstanding the verdict anyway. The judge won’t rewrite tort law just to avoid giving a bad guy what he is legally entitled to, and if he tries guy can just appeal.
