I frequent Jezebel pretty often and haven’t really seen that. Outrage over things that are outrageous? Sure. The assertions that women NEVER make false accusations? Nope. As pointed out by other commenters, the accuser is not exactly in for a nice cushy ride after making such an allegation.

They see it as a way to stick it to the more progressive cities and could care less the effect it has on the economy since the districts they come from don’t much participate…
The site in the post seems to be a pretty good tip and trick for finding out what is going on in your state legislature, just because it may not fit your political leanings doesn’t make that less so.

Ditto. Lifehacker isn’t really the place to go for actual news. Tools, tips, tricks and —heaven forbid, the opinions of the folks doing the writing—yes, actual news—no, so who cares about “political opinion.” If you have views that can’t stand up to the slightest challenge then you may want to reevaluate your views.
I’m gonna have to back you up on this one. The post made no specific mentions of any specific legislation. Definitely didn’t say anything about sanctuary cities....So I’m unclear what FlyOver’s gripe is.
