That was the first thing I noticed. I was expecting the post to say something about that irony as I was reading through it....

Uh. Is it not a bit ironic that the “TP” logo is plastered on a car form an non-American manufacturer??? Although Toyota does actually produce just as many cars inside the US and any of our domestic manufacturers....Still-WAT?

“Goddammit! Stupid children going to school are getting in the way of my very important life!”

Just the car itself looks like an asshole.

Looks should never be an issue, but every time I see Eric Trump’s face, it just OOOOZES sleaze....

My sister’s husband is in the military and apparently wants THIS guy to be his commander in chief? Although, let’s be honest--it’s more likely to be Trump than this guy...

Jon Oliver said it best: Clinton’s scandals may upset you, but “you should then be fucking outraged by Trump’s”

Thanks McCrory.....

I used CloudMagic for a long time too but jumped ship just before this happened apparently. I got tired of it missing the one thing I really wanted: peak scheduling. When I am off work, I don’t want to get my work emails. I ain’t on the clock, I ain’t on call, I don’t wanna hear from you until the next morning.

I was talking with my girlfriend about how interesting it is that the type of people who seem to support all the “America first” crap and the violent rhetoric of a-holes like these are also the same people who shop at Walmart, buy american flags, patriotic hats and bumper stickers which are all made in China and

While not technically a National Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway is pretty spectacular for this too.

NC is pretty diverse, until you get outside of any of the major metro areas. Most of the state is rural and many of those districts are just a bunch of angry old white people, which is why our legislature is the real problem.

Damn right. For a bunch of “pro-business” folks they sure seem to be driving it away at alarming rates. After this I’ll be surprised if McCrory gets reelected and hopefully a good portion of the legislature too. I’ll be eagerly waiting to see if the ACC follows suit.

I ordered one of the cheaper ones and ended up never getting it (was shipping from China so I’m not surprised.) I got a refund, but this time around I think I’ll go with one of the more expensive ones that comes with a warranty.

This was a great read, thanks Stassa.

I own one. Buy longer stakes if you plan on using it at the beach and good luck setting it up if there is any wind at all. Ideally the back should be facing into the wind, but that doesn’t usually work if you want to look at the water while at the beach. You’ll most likely be staring at the dunes if you want to use

I was toying with the idea of getting one of the OnHub routers, you just convinced me.

I’m fully on board for the tacopocalypse. Bring it on.

I have a Honda Element that I built a sleeping platform in. It worked out pretty great. Wasn’t much setup of breakdown when we camped & it made it super easy to just stop and sleep at rest areas during some of the longer driving stints. I suspect that this ass-cushion is compatible across most models and makes lol.

Eating food that gives you lots of gas while being in a car for a long time is generally a bad idea anyway. The cushion smelling is the least of your worries when basically living in a small enclosed space for a month.
