I see a lot of comments about how truck people won’t buy a 4cyl because NEED MOAR V8.

CP for me...yet I do think this generate of Corvette has aged very well. Not the interior, though.

Am I missing something? I own two vehicles with proximity keys. You get out of the car, hit lock on the fob or the handle, the doors lock. Pull the handle, it’s locked. Nothing different from when I had a physical ignition key.

I love your full reviews, but can we get more interior photos? Would be nice to be able to see a full view of the front of the cabin at least.

Look at the ride height of vehicles in the early days (pre-1950s).

Reliability is not on the same level as GM & Ford.

There are two GMC dealers in my city. Neither of them currently have a full-size Sierra on the lot with an MSRP under $41,000. I understand they’ll sell for far less, but that is just pure insanity.

Buddy of mine had one just like that. Drove it forever. Loved the green with tan interior look.

While we’re on the topic, Autotrader has a serious problem with BMW autos being mislabeled as manuals. You see it sometimes with other brands, but a search for a true manual BMW is infuriating. Usually over half the results are just autos.

If we’re supposed to ever get the masses into EVs, putting chargers at Walmart is a good step in that direction.

Given the average cost of a vehicle these days, I think $40-50k would be highly optimistic. I would say north of $60k, but that’s just my personal opinion.

Pretty sure this exact scenario happened to me passing through the construction on Hwy 290 just outside of Houston. Nothing on that highway makes sense right now.

RICs are so pervasive. My father used to work in Capital One’s Indirect Lending department...essentially their RIC “approval” department. This is how dealers finance vehicles.

Lincoln has decided to make beautiful vehicles again, I see.

That was the best worst car I ever had. I became intimately acquainted with my local Mazda dealer because of it.

OK so this might not be “quirky” and might even be downright predictable BUT:

New car prices—across the board—are pure insanity these days.

Neutral: I have a 2016 Mazda6 and the blindspot monitors are already “deactivating” themselves nearly every day.

Hyundai dealers absolutely had no idea how to market Genesis products. They’d place them right beside Elantras in ads. No luxury car buyer wants to buy a car who’s sharing ad space with a car going for JUST $129 A MONTH WITH NOTHING DOWN!

Have you seen even the base prices of a Yukon or Sierra? Hell, that’s luxury territory in my book these days.
