Two things I don't like rolled up into one big, money-making cigar that the execs are smoking to exhaustion.
I wanted Mario Paint as a Smash character. You'd use the Wii U Gamepad to draw stuff that players would have to avoid or something.
In a similar vein to Smashketball, I developed a stage specifically for my new favorite mode: Coin Battles.
It's really weird because I've seen sort of the opposite argument before - that games should only be artistic endeavors and that every other game is crap.
QUOTE | "I feel people just don't want to associate making games with making money. It sort of breaks the taboo of making art for art's sake, which I think is kind of stupid." - Game Theory president Marguerite Dibble, talking about how many indie developers seem to "romanticize poverty."

I have a feeling that regardless of what we teach, students are going to find a way to complain about it.
Sorry, but I'm afraid the only SimCity I'll ever need was on Super Nintendo.
I thought I was describing it in a way that the ordinary person would understand. I guess I was wrong, as is usual for me...
It misses one crucial fact, though - perhaps because it's slightly technical. I noticed this a while ago, and it can help in a pinch: Multiplying by 5 is the same as dividing by two and moving the decimal place over.
THEY STOLE MY IDEAS AGAIN DAMN IT
I'm new to shopping and these sorts of contests in general.
I don't know about the best video intro, but I've got the best music intro:
