Great recipe...For a sweeter vibe, I like a small splash of fish sauce and oyster sauce. A great alternative to bacon is Filipino longanisa, the sweet kind.

Never have truer words been written. I’ve loved RH since high school, probably watched it 50 times in person, showed it (most of it) to the kids, and don’t think I’ve ever made it to the end more than half-dozen times.
Absolutely one of greatest film musicals of all time and maybe (gasp) my favorite of DePalma’s. It is so gloriously nuts from top to bottom. And way cooler than Rocky Horror.
