That's what happens to sociopaths. People like to think that they're these great lie tellers but they actually suck at it. Totally agree. And extend it to paternity leave as well... paid leave for time to adjust to having a tiny new human in the house is not the same thing as vacation and I don't mind that as an older, childless woman I will never get it.

She gets the point of the hashtag. She is suggesting that the hashtag isn't enough. Putting #blacklivesmatter at the end of a Facebook post isn't going to change the deeply entrenched racist conditioning of many police officers.
