As far as I know, voice actors didn’t receive residuals at all prior to this. Maybe big name voice actors like Nolan North negotiated them individually, but companies were not required to pay union actors residuals as a rule of commissioning them.

IIRC, on action button dot net you had Another World as the Greatest Game Of All Time, and Cave Story as #2. So why are they not respectively the Games of the 90s and 00s?

Yeah, if we’re assuming level 5 autonomy, then why not just have it in your car, and it zips off to find a charging station after dropping you off wherever? And even THAT is assuming that car ownership in general still makes sense in a world with level 5 autonomy.
