As someone who works in the auto industry, this is terribly mis-informed. First of all, you absolutely can’t make the car perfectly safe for the entire range of human body types.

As a Star Wars fan who loves all 10 movies (thus far) to varying degrees, I fully support people not seeing something just to upset others. I mean, it’s not like she feels a SW shaped hole in her life, so she may as well entertain herself with people becoming upset about this.

Pretty sure there’s a lot of ways to study the artform without watching specific old movies.

You can study the art form without watching specific movies. She’s not claiming she never watched a single movie, she’s saying she never saw Citizen Kane (or Star Wars). I’ve seen it and whilst I can appreciate that it is a good quality movie, I am quite happy to never see it again. I didn’t enjoy it at all.
