Being a member of the Academy is more than just a listing; it’s a major career distinction similar to being inducted in the Rock & Roll (or Baseball or whatever) Hall of Fame.

For the months with 31 days clue, Alex was humming the tune to the rhyme "30 days has September…"

Yup. Nothing against you personally or your hygiene or your photography style. I’ve just always found feet unappealing. Based on these responses, though, maybe I’m in the minority.

Please wear socks next time. Some of us are eating lunch while reading! Thanks. :-)

Redunded for redactacy!

Yeah, Turd Ferguson, it's a funny name.

Good job, Bub!

Google 10” Strap-On. That is all.

Maybe they did, maybe they didn’t. But once they sell you a car, it’s much less their problem and much more your own. And since keyless entry is becoming very standard (I have it on my new Honda Civic, hardly luxurious), it’s not like owners’ complaints will be directly attributable/unique towards a single specific

Yeah, I know a few people who like the looks of the LG. For me, it just didn't work. The band (which is easily swapped out, of course) felt cheap for a piece of that price. I also didn't like how obvious the bezel is with it's slope and marks. And combining the leather strap with an athletic face felt like a bit of a

Just a clarification question here - do you mean that after 20-ish hours, your battery dies? For the Asus, I'm hovering around 50% after a full day (taking off the charger around 7:30 a.m. and putting it back on midnight-ish). 20 hours is OK, but I'd still be concerned considering that batteries degrade after a

Asus Zenwatch owner here. When deciding which Android Wear to buy, I bought the top 3 - Moto 360 (Dark metal), Asus Zenwatch, and LG G Watch R. I played with each for a few days and decided to stick with the Asus. The 360 was my second choice. The build quality is top-notch on it, and the circular face it very pretty.

They photograph terribly but look great in person. Damned if I know why. My guess is it’s just the way a camera catches the dynamics between the screens and skin.

Yes. They have some pre-built responses (“OK” “I’ll call you later” etc) or you can dictate. And you don’t need to fiddle; a quick glance after it vibrates shows you the headline/sender.

I’m mostly very impressed with the hardware. Build quality is superb, and it looks beautiful. Seriously beautiful. I get a ton of compliments on it. Battery life is perfectly fine; I leave the ambient screen on and use it from 7:30 a.m. to midnight, with battery usually ending above 50%. More than easily lasts a full

I have an Android watch - the Asus Zenwatch. I love it. It looks good and it allows me to discretely check email/texts/other pertinent info. Is it fairly gimmicky? Yeah. But in my opinion, it was worth the $200 for the aesthetic alone.

It's like the tortoise and the hare. Her slow and steady keeps winning the race.

Serious question - would this be nearly impossible to ride up a small hill? It seems like the diameter of the pedal is really small... Neat for very flat areas, though!

I’m reading it correctly. I just don’t like the fact that the size representing the 1-hour interval of 8 - 9 a.m. is the same as 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Their scaling is inconsistent
