I fully agree. I'm an Android fanboy, using a Galaxy S5 and wearing an Asus Zenwatch. Vanilla Android (which is essentially what you'll find on the smartwatches) is so much better than all the crap manufacturers put on their phones. You know you can install third party apps on Android without rooting, right? Just go into Settings and check the box allowing installations of unknown apps.
