Yeah, that’s been my opinion on the vinyl idolz line. They are pretty great, though I’m weary of starting another collection, especially at $20 a pop.

I own Shout Factory’s release of Mad Max, Beyond Thunderdome on dvd, and already preodered Fury Road. I wish I could get that bonus documentary and the Road Warrior bonus features, but they don’t seem worth that set. Maybe we’ll get improved releases of the second and third movies at some point.

The thing that frustrates me the most is in book form, The Hobbit is by far my favorite story. But they took away everything that mad it fun, which also removed the emotion when bad things happened.

It’s a shame too as it was a really cool movie. Not perfect, but just as good if not better than many of the summer movies that outperformed it.

I don’t see much chance of the Tiara, though I do hope he incorporates some yellow into his gear, even if it’s just some trim on his jacket or a tshirt.

To be fair, they were robots that she built who couldn’t quench their thirst for violence. While there’s less of a difference between robots and people on Ooo, I still don’t think it’s the same.

I hope the story’s good, but I agree on the look. The style is really interesting and I really like how it still appears kind of flat in a CG world. The hard lines for the mouth, eyes, etc. really add to that.

I saw Tintin twice in the theatres and own it on bluray. I loved it.

I saw it on the big screen last year. I will definitely go again if it’s nearby.

They only need LA and New York for Oscar consideration.

I’ve worked in a warehouse before, and 60 hour mandatory weeks during the holidays is completely believable. They have to get the product to the customers, and if that means paying time and a half, it’s what they’ll do.

It’s an odd feeling when you want something to happen that you know won’t, but you like it so much you’re still disappointed when it doesn’t

You know, when this movie came out I didn’t give it much of a look. But i keep seeing posts like this lately. I really need to check it out.
