As sad and strange it is to still be that racist, it really confuses me that someone would flip out over something almost 50 years old.

To be fair, a solid black ninja suit would stand out almost as much as a white one. More often, they would be navy, or the ninja would be in a costume that resembled what people in the area were wearing. It’s much easier to blend in when you just look like other people. :P

Suicide is the action of killing oneself. You die by actions, therefor “Death by suicide” is correct.

Not demonizing them is not the same as glamorizing. Suicide is a horrible thing for all involved, so why make it worse by being insensitive about it?

I got to see this movie theatrically in a double feature with Sorcerer last year, which was amazing.

I absolutely love this movie. It made me a fan of multiple people in involved, mostly Kim and Byung-hun Lee. I really need to see I Saw the Devil, but having time to watch a foreign film can be tricky sometimes as most of my movie watching time is also my painting time.

While there was certainly creepiness involved, I didn’t see it as him being ok with her feelings. I think he just didn’t know what to say to her. He was a really emotionally stunted person when not killing, so that made sense.

That’s a shame, he’s one of my favorites.

Oddly,I think the predetermined nature of wrestling causes a lot of guys to endanger themselves to prove something to other people, or themselves. You don’t get that as often in “Legit” sports, least of all boxing.

Part of the issue is that when you reference racism satirically, people will see the racism only. I can't say I blame them for this necessarily, but there is a difference between making the subject the butt of the joke and making the joke the butt of itself.

The build has been lacking, but over all I'm looking forward to the show more than I have in a few years.

We're barely more than a week from SDCC. I'm really not surprised it wasn't a movie announcement, so this is pretty cool. Not to mention that the painting is gorgeous.
