love the dress on her. Not so much her makeup, though she pulls off the lipstick color well enough.

I like her dress, though I'd like it a little more if the tie thing was off to the side.

minus the feathers, it's an interesting dress. I approve of the color on her.

hm. I don't think I like the dress...though it could be the color blending in with the carpet. I really wonder how she didn't trip on that stupid train (why is that in, by the way?) and the flowers are a trifle ostentatious for her looks. I'd have preferred something less... fluffy..

Now *this* is a lesson in elegance. Beautiful dress, excellent color, and superbly done.

I like the dress, but on her, I feel she'd have done a LOT better with a darker color. That silvery color just washes out her complexion and doesn't help her image.

IMHO, she shouldn't have had that dress with that top. It's not flattering to the arm crease, and makes her look heavier than she really is :(

oh my... It's been SO long since I've read this book! I think we read it when I was in 7th grade. I wonder if I'll view it differently if I re-read it now.
