Hair is something to play with!
It’s funny early seasons of HGTV shows like House Hunters were all young people but recent years have been nothing but mid-30s to mid-40s.
Yeah, these munches are strictly amateur hour. The latest story I’m seeing is that Chabon is leaving Picard over a creative rift, when a simple Google search would show that he and his wife are showrunning a CBS adaptation of Kavalier & Clay, his beloved, bestselling, Pulitzer Prize-winning novel that he’s been trying…
Most audiences are dumb.
“Greenwell says his son required medical attention...”
She should drop it anyway. It’ll take some time but if you work the change slowly, people will finally get used to it. It took some doing, but I am finally okay with calling The Rock by his real name: Wayne Johnston.
Can’t she just retire the ridiculous stage name ‘Awkwafina’ already and use her real name ‘Nora Lum’, which sounds much better, and as I’ve mentioned before, already sounds like it could be the stage name for Joanna Lumley’s debutante actress niece, Eleanora ...
Here are some things I don’t understand:
“Hey I need someone to validate my shittiness, can you do it for me? Thanks.”
Wow, from reading the comments that must have been an especially long bathroom break I was on when everyone up and decided that the vast majority of TNG was awful? Sure, it definitely had its garbage moments, including most of the first two seasons. But, like, all these people talking about there maybe being two or…
same as conspiracy theorists- they are just average or below average people in their real life, but when they dress up they are George Washington, noble patriot fighting against tyranny!
also, they really hate black people. can’t forget that
Yeah the chances anyone says “hey so how proud do you feel of your actions in Libya now that they have open slave markets?” to her in this documentary are basically zero. The chances they address her support for regime change in Haiti that have completely fucked that country are zero. Hillary Clinton is a politician…
I voted for HRC in 2016 too, there was no other reasonable option, but I think she’s been quite fairly vilified, from the thinly veiled bribe she took from Tyson Foods when Bill was Governor, to the thinly veiled bribe she took from Marc Rich when Bill was President.
And lest we forget how she treated Bill’s accusers.
There are many things to criticize Hillary Clinton on. Both on economic terms for her neoliberal policies, on humanitarian terms for her warmongering foreign policy, but also on social justice terms based on her history with racism, like the “super-predator” narrative in the 90s, or the awful campaign she waged…
I’m perfectly fine with her, but what I have concluded is that while the Republican media machine is the prime mover of her unfair vilifications, neither American misogyny nor her public persona help to dispel any of it.
and who’s that mob boss, again? As an Italian, I’m highly offended!!!!! No wonder I stopped watching this show a decade ago!!!!!!
It’s about time they get an Indian actor to play a character that has been so unfairly stereotyped as a, *checks notes* successful business owner with a PhD, Springfield’s most eligible bachelor, youth hockey coach, volunteer firefighter, member of Homer’s bowling team, barbershop quartet, and vigilante group, and a…
We’re just going to ignore that a Catholic group was playing very close attention to a teenaged boy's bulge?
