Currently reading Apartment 16 by Adam Nevill. I’ve never been disappointed with any of Nevill’s books and this is no exception. The Ramsey Campbell influence is strong in this one.
I’ll put in to get this from the library when it’s available. The review for this one makes it seem like exactly the sort of think I would like but... I liked the Southern Reach books, but everything else I’ve read from Vandermeer has left me pretty cold. He’s a fantastic editor though!
