Missed opportunity to say you’d go ape for Ape Escape 4 ;)

haha, great delivery on your story. Hope you’re enjoying the Switch though. It’s a great device and the closest I’ve come to reliving the younger gaming years of my youth in some time.

Right?? Also, give me a break. I’ll take the gorgeous art direction and execution of a Zelda game over 99.9% of generic-ass looking games that run at 60fps with all the bells and whistles.

This reminds me a little bit of the old Final Fantasy games where it was so cool to get your airship and be able to not only explore it, but take it anywhere you wanted (within the confines of where you were in the story).

SERIOUSLY

Bro just shot a dude and nonchalantly moved into the next room without saying anything to dispatch lol

Lightyear was a disappointment as a movie in my eyes (and I love Chris Evans), but I couldn’t believe MAGA was all up in arms about the gay black woman making the movie “woke.”

It does look very good and I am a fan of the Octopath look, but it doesn’t really match the Pokemon aesthetic.

Now playing

DeSantis: “Excuse me, I’d like to levy government regulations on a company.”

Yep, same! Spot on with your experiences and conclusion.

From one of the linked articles:

Naruto’s one of the big animes that I never really watched (one day!), but from a strictly production-standpoint, this video is TOP-NOTCH. The fonts, the structure of the video, the manga panels, the subtle animation, the audio lines, everything... Extremely well put together. Kudos to the team that made this.

Despite making videos featuring challenge runs and other modded content for years, it appeared to be the first time Nintendo signaled it took any sort of issue with the content.

Your response to FlowState was beautiful. Bravo.

I mean this looks good... I guess. In part, I’m just underwhelmed with the generic art direction which makes it look like every other next-gen action/adventure/RPG title (albeit slightly sharper due to what must be a massive budget). Final Fantasy used to be a standard-bearer for RPGs. Now, I can hardly muster enough

Not knowing the actual history behind Tetris, I found the movie very enjoyable (maybe an 8-8.5/10). I thought the acting was very good too.

Once in a lifetime shot, but given how it seems like teams follow each other at match-start along a well-tread path leading to a likely confrontation in an alleyway, it’s not like this was totally out-of-the-realm of possibility, right?

The mark of a smart man is to know when he’s beaten, quietly accept the L, and move on to fight another day.

Terra Nil doesn’t dwell in misery, it’s about hope. Rather than showing us a good world then destroying it, it decides to start with the destruction and work backwards. Yes, things are bad—later levels reveal maps that aren’t just dead but poisoned—but the entire game is designed to let you do something about it.

I haven’t played Fortnite since the first couple months post-release, but this is pretty damn cool. Also, the AoT tie-in is awesome.
