Agreed. Most people I’ve spoken to who think Suikoden 2 is the GOAT and Suikoden 1 was just very good started with Suikoden 2, surprise surprise. Most people who started with Suikoden 1 (of which there are fewer because, as you mentioned, FF7), think of it as highly if not more highly than Suikoden 2.

THIS. For people who started with Suikoden 1 (instead of coming into the series with Suikoden 2), 1 was just as good as 2 was for their respective times. It’s like Persona 3 v. Persona 4.

Even without the tripping incidents, Grayson is still the most annoying and insufferable player in college basketball.

I don’t get the buzz about FFXV’s music at all. I mean, it’s a good/very good game, but I can’t recall one single track that has stood out thus far (I am only 15 hours in however). All the music has been so-so nice atmospheric mood music, but devoid of amazing tracks the likes of which graced FF1-FF7 + Tactics.
