That’s what happened when I had my wisdom teeth pulled. I freaked out as I came to, thought they were still working on me.

And just to remind you how tiny that thing actually is:

UGH! Tapping out at 1:35, just can’t do it. Anyone watch the whole thing?

Him-a-lyin

Quick! Get that wall up!

You’re right it isn’t difficult, nothing you listed is a punitive extensions of title ix or any other federal law. Schools are free to enforce codes of conduct that they have established but they are under no obligation to take punitive action based on federal law. Title ix is meant to police how schools behave toward

No, I don’t think universities should be responsible for enforcing criminal law. Using title ix as the basis for punative measures against a student is a pretty clear violation of the 5th ammendment.

It would probably depend on where the offenses occurred. The only reason universities get involved in rape cases is because those have been somehow morphed into a title ix consideration.

Those assaults were not noted to be sexual assaults.

The jury is still out on that.

Or relatives.

And who would have thought, it’s bigger.

It in no way carries the notion that these statements are of equal merit. It’s a reminder that the freedom of speech does not shelter one from all consequences for that speech. People’s response to his message is not a first amendment issue unless they are calling for that kind of speech to be banned.

I think you posted the wrong picture.

The first amendment protects against repercussions from the government. The first amendment was not meant to protect against all repercussions. Kaepernick has every right to the statement he made and every citizen has the right exercise their right to voice their critical opinion.

I disagree with your position but appreciate that you presented your view point rationally and respectfully. And, thanks for taking the time to flesh this conversation out. It’s good to see a reasoned back and forth because it helps me frame and adjust my own stance.

Just sooooooo much money donated to NAMBLA from what I’ve heard.

I’ll tell you what happened:

The rule is that you can’t be past the second to last defend (the goalie counts as a defender) so if a defender were behind the goalie passing the goalie without possession would be offside.

Deadspin??
