The Punisher dropped the MCU's first f-bomb in Daredevil S2
When Jack walked out after his little monologue I yelled SKKKRRRTT thinking he was going to be unceremoniously killed offscreen by an errant car or something. I figured his death HAD to happen last night. Super disappointed in the dragging out of it all.
Would LOVE to see him repeat at the Emmys after People v. OJ last year.
Posted on twitter last night before the episode that This is Us is just about the last show that I expected would inspire a dead pool, but here we are - each week wondering when the ax will fall on either William or Jack. Didn't want it to happen but such a beautiful send-off. Cried all the tears.
I have a strange feeling that Jack's going to die in a car accident, caused by the fireman who brought Randall to the fire station. There was too much mention of him meeting his wife because she hit his car in that episode.
touché
But TIM CURRY.
Parents got a cautionary tale of what not to do, I guess. Or a feeling of smugness…"at least I never left my kid in the attic and went to France without him."
Sansa has had more than enough motivation for revenge but the show acts like being raped has made her a badass. She's had enough trauma since the first season.
Yeah, I'm having flashbacks to him creepily following the ill-fated bus to the beach and joining in
They added more to make it 18 but who knows how long the mid-season break will be.
At first I didn't like the whole "my dad told me in a dream" situation for exactly that reason - that Jack was giving his opinions. Regardless of the "trip" he still would have been reflecting on William telling him that Jack didn't know, and deciding not to burn bridges because of that.
Agreed. That moment was pulled off so well in the way he ALMSOT was about to forgive her - acknowledging that keeping the secret must have been lonely - but he can't forgive her yet.
Watching it now, the end scene of the mom and kid in the car makes me cry like a baby.
Also really appreciated the Narrator's very simple explanation of the procedure and the cramps.
I assumed Raf told them last week about Rose because they asked about the powdered donuts.
When Elliot realized that he had "forgotten" Darlene and started to remember her he said they would sleep in the same bed when "our mom" was mean to them, I assume they are full brother and sister.
His strategy kind of went out the window when he charged after Rickon. Doesn't seem it would matter how many banners they had at their back. Jon still went in on emotion and threw their plans out.
I pleaded with him to bob and weave. He didn't listen.
His waiting will certainly benefit his version of the story when it comes to getting whatever it is that he wants out of it - he saved the day and everyone will owe him (he thinks.)
