For a simple drug store option, has he tried a night cream with a retinoid? Like Roc deep wrinkle correxion serum? I use it as a night cream treatment a few nights a week (I’m 35) but it also totally helps with hormonal breakouts. It might be worth 20 bucks to give it a shot.
