You're even cheesing wrong! Ranged weapons are even more OP in that game due to the fact you can easily kill many enemies outside of their roaming areas, and not a lot of limitations to the amount of arrows you can carry.

You get a bunch of rewards and monster materials every time you successfully hunt a creature, but there are ways to maximise this. Firstly, capturing yields more than killing. How about this... Since we (pretty much) know that he'll be in Civil War, keep him as Peter Parker so he does the reveal. Then either at the end of that, or at the beginning of the actual new Spider-man movie, kill him off. I think it would be horrible to just entirely write out Peter Parker from the MCU.
