From what I've found online you supposedly get some free gold time with ME3, so you could use that to get online to sync up your rating as you're nearing the end of the game... or you could spam multiplayer when you're near the game.

True, I also played Paragon Shep and hated the choices. In the end, instead of doing the lame Synthesis (and even worse Control)... I let Shepard do what Anderson would have done, even though it totally conflicted with all his Synthetic friends :(
