Well according to that myspace page you linked us to, The Rabbit Joint is also the name of the band that Joe Pleiman is in that did the song. Though I completely realize that he probably released the song before that band formed and was doing stuff by himself.

As far as I know there is no trophy that is Stormcloaks only. There are three trophies/achievements attached to the civil war quests and all three are tied to both factions.

I'm pretty sure that's what they're talking about. That actually has 3 different ways of going down depending on how far along the civil war you are. (Also there are bugs that can stop you from getting to the treaty easily depending on that stuff.

It looks like that's part of the main quest, if you didn't join a side.

you have to talk to the lady that's on the side with the graveyard during the day, she then tells you to go talk to the old man at the Lumpy Pumpkin. Listen to his instructions and you should be good... if you need more info... just ask.
