Ugh. My aunt had fibroids, and I remember the special hell she went through. My Dr. put me on Lysteda to help control the bleeding- it promotes clotting. I’m not sure if it’s contra-indicated against other meds, but maybe it could help?

I’m not on BC-my body won’t tolerate any hormonal BC. Was sent to the ER for a possible clot- I had pleurisy after having mono three times.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I have never been 100% on the ‘yay kids’ path, so (fortunately?) the infertility doesn’t matter as much. Which makes me shut up about the Endo, since so many others want to get pregnant and can’t....

Endometriosis rant thread- I was diagnosed by surgery about 10 years ago. My body won’t tolerate hormonal birth control. I’ve tried 6 different BC pills and 2 IUDS. (No births, a lumpy cervix, tilted uterus and no meds- insertion was hell.) I haven’t had insurance for several years.
