I’d like to be able to play this game and enjoy it, but between being stuck in windowed mode and having terrible framerate/screen tearing issues, I’ve been playing Omega Ruby instead.

I get severe screen tearing in this game and can’t figure out how to force vsync. AMD’s “Gaming Evolved” app has no way to manually add programs that aren’t already in its “list.”
