Yeah, I agree. It's asking the first 2 questions that start a bad day for me. I can see how they might work for some people though. I think this is generally for the situation where something bad has actually happened, and not just a 'feel bad' day where the answers to these questions might just make things worse.

This has been my go to dessert for years, and I find it as good or better than most store bought cakes and you can use a layer of cool whip to make things even better. This also has the advantage of picking your own ingredients so you can use low fat or other such ingredients if you want.
