I can't believe I going to actually write this, but Wizards Of Waverly Place is surprisingly entertaining for a Disney show. There is even actual plot and continuity (well, for a Disney show). It's a guilty pleasure of mine.

@LordChristo: a squib would be someone that was born on a wizard family but can't do any magic. Hagrid could do magic but he didn't had a proper wand and training (as he was expelled from hogwarts).

Hagrid is a wizard, he can do magic with his umbrella (that has the pieces of his wand). He is legally supposed to not do magic but that doesn't make him less of a wizard.
