I chose to play the game with the mini map off. Hud off as much as possible and hid level and other icons. I also hid damage numbers and names. Playing solo this way makes this game so much fun. When I do team with other players it’s a welcomed change.

I’ve only just finished upgrading my base. I finished all story missions but still have some encounters to finish. I hardly touched the phone, incident files, survival guides and drones. I only just started the daily and challenges. I love how there’s matchmaking. I’ll only go into the Dark Zone with my friends,

It’s a fun game. Not perfect, but very fun. Endgame isn’t really there yet to be sure, but they’re working on it and in the meantime the DZ is solid and enjoyable. But, i’ve easily gotten 80+ hours out of the game and i’m not even close to being maxed out past the current “end game.”

Clarification: It was not just Chun-Li. P2 side on character select had wonky jiggle physics in general, whether it was applied to boobies or Birdie’s chain.

“Person Makes A Point, Company Agrees, Internet Loses Shit and Complains Company Won’t Listen”

Before everyone looses their shit, its one change, to one character, made well before release of the game, that actually has a logical reason to it. So before the purity police get here and argue that any change is bad to the original work (which in this case doesn’t exist yet) or that this is Blizzard “caving to

Don’t speak.

Now playing

I’ve made a couple of videos that kind of introduce the basics of the game’s mechanics, might be worth a look if you want an idea of how the game works before buying:

There are separate Dark Zone’s depending on your level, so you won’t have as much of that griefing at first. Eventually people with better loot will dominate their bracket, but there’s only so much you can do when it’s you vs. the rest of the server.

They really are almost nothing alike. The similarities stop essentially at them both being “looter-shooters”. Destiny is an FPS first RPG second, with very little “min-maxing” of stats, where The Division is an RPG first, third-person shooter second. The insane amount of End Game in min-maxing in The Division is more

And as a Destiny fan, this news makes me indescribably happy. Hopefully the people over at Bungie are taking a good, long hard look at all the areas Ubi’s lapping them with The Division, and will improve Destiny in those ways.

Agreed. It’s worse now. Before, yes, you had to grind the Raid and hope you got the right armor piece but at least when you got a complete set you knew you were going to be max level once you dumped some xp into it. Now, you still have to grind the Raid to get a complete set of armor but now you have to hope each time

And public events...

That and patrols in general. They’re full of solo players and fireteams that randomly get linked up.

Hopefully there is a way for players to follow random players to their missions to help them out and such on a whim in Destiny 2. Right now, people get separated when they pass through different zones on the same map.

It’s sad they never got to fulfill their vision. That description makes it sound so amazing. Sure, Court of Oryx is the closest to it, but it feels too predictable and too much like an arena. The original description makes it seem more dynamic and involving, and more like a grand strike/mini-raid.

it sounds like what the division is trying to do actually.
