"Cause I miss my friend."
Maaaaann, that single, sad line was a emotional kick in the balls.

"Oh. This is really happening. I guess the sprinklers are just on timers."

He's one of those villains who, like Scaramouche, has such a distinct and hilarious voice that I wish they were recurring enemies. At least we're getting that with Scaramouche.

"Woah, what a freak! Looked like a talking penis!"
Scaramouche as a talking, bouncing head. That was glorious.

I read that as "pretext of decency" at first, which, to be fair, two things etc.

And the heat off the ice, too.

"… straining so hard to show its good intentions that it doesn’t bother to be directed. What does a movie that can’t even mount a competent horse chase—despite repeated attempts —have to say about the murder of 1.5 million people?"

*Malory sighs* I mean…?

Pam is Pam, and that's all that matters. Don't question the Poovey, or you'll get your ass beat.

"Awww, I wouldn't shit you. You're my favorite turd!"

Wait, you bring up a really interesting point that I didn't think of. Aside from the initial agent she killed way back at the start of the season, has she killed anyone? More importantly, has she killed anyone in the framework or inflicted any harm first-hand to anyone? Or has it all been through manipulation?

On a related note, I remember from last season or the one before that that the powers are part of like a shared system or something.

We still don't know if May's conscious; based on her statement to Daisy, she just wants to see Hydra brought down for what they did and what they made her do. I doubt she's got her memories back.

"Miss Simmons. I'd like a word."
"It's Doctor."
Damn right it is, Mace. Don't mess with Jemma Simmons.

Oh god, you just made me burst out laughing and likely wake the neighbors upstairs
I'm off to find that video

My first thought after the economics line was "Oh hey, they name-dropped Core Concept!"

"What… is wrong with you?"
"Well, for one thing, I may be literally starving to death. Ohhhhh! Clams!"

Jessica Walter in particular seems to just be reveling in it; she was in the episode for thirty seconds but was excellent. Every other sentence ends with her trailing off the last word in a way that just *drips* of sarcasm.

Does any show have such a consistently-stacked voice cast like Archer? I mean, you've got Aisha Tyler, H. Jon Benjamin, Judy Greer, and Jessica Walter making up only *part* of the main cast, and even the recurring characters or one-offs have instantly-recognizable voices. Example A: Jeffrey Tambor as Len Trexler.

I fucking love the way Judy Greer does Cheryl's crazy voice. Rewatching it, the way she crazy-whispers "Cover her face! I don't want her watching us!" has me giggling.
