Well, I’m not sure if the practical effects that came about were legislated or simply the result of a cost-benefit analysis by companies that they don’t want to pay out for future suits. But lid designs were improved, coffee is no longer served anywhere at such high temperatures, and warning labels abound.

I’ve said before these SNL reviews are one of the first things I read on Sunday mornings, often before I’ve watched the episode. I’ve been worried they weren’t long for this world since word came out last December of what G / O was pulling...so this week’s news was expected but no less disappointing. I’m glad at least…

Take all, ALL the production money that this show sucked up, and instead just make a fucking awesome documentary about tigers, and throw the rest of the money towards actually ensuring the species survives and thrives.

I watched the first ep, and the tone was just . . . completely off. WAY too wry and self-satisfied

I was noticing the camera framing as well. They leaned a little too heavily on dutch angles which work fine in animation but I think inadvertently ended up making the show look a little cheap.
