it definitely had to grow on me. but i wouldn't change it for anything now.
i wouldn't change a minute of TPAB, but uu is definitely a very cohesive project and not just some tracks they threw together in a package real quick to appease LeBron. to me this is not only kendrick's fourth album (if only a "compilation album") but a damn good one at that

if kendrick can drop an album only a year after his last im hoping its a sign that TDE as a whole will open the floodgates
it's surprisingly cohesive, distinct from To Pimp A Butterfly while still obviously contemporaneous. untitled 02 and untitled 07 in particular are like incredible glimpses at alternate, fantastic directions for TPAB's sound. every track is good.
