Except with commercial plates it’s not only allowed, it’s encouraged. (Active delivery in process, yadda yadda.) It was an E-350, they wouldn’t need a bigger tow truck, just different laws.

This is where commercial plates are wonderful. Double-park the guy and go do what you need to do.
