Preach brother!

A decade? Try 3 decades. Basically my entire career. Yet everything is more expensive, health insurance premiums are insane (I paid $0 for insurance when I started working) and now we have cable, cell phones, internet, etc. etc, that didn’t exist 30 years ago. In the meantime, companies are not content with making a

As opposed to a VW 1.4T which makes 150 hp and 180 lbs-ft at 1400 RPM bone stock? What’s the point again?

It’s EPA rated at 40, I believe. I drive all highway commute and it regularly returns high 30's to low 40's at speeds between 70 and 90. I usually set the cruise on 8o or 85 and slow only when traffic requires it.

2017 Jetta S 5MT, bone stock. 2018's on the lots now.

1.4T Jetta S? Same here. I have an 80 mile commute and I got 45.2 this morning.

Agree - the Taurus is the one I see the least of, by far. Fusions are absolutely everywhere.

Meh, my first wife had one, a ‘94 or ‘95? Useless car, 2 usable seats for a car that big? It was a Japanese Camaro.

Indianapolis? Wow. I’ve never been to SF but I have been to Indy many times and I’ve never found the “nice” part.
