Easily hits the low 30's in town and I don’t have a light foot. It’s called small displacement and tall gearing with a really tall 5th gear. My commute is atypical, but it’s representative of the highway gas mileage. EPA Rated at 40 MPG
I drove a Fusion Hybrid on the same commute and it got about 36.
It’s EPA rated at 40, I believe. I drive all highway commute and it regularly returns high 30's to low 40's at speeds between 70 and 90. I usually set the cruise on 8o or 85 and slow only when traffic requires it.
