Vault 111 is exclusive to Fallout 4, and as an entity is not in Fallout 3, but it could have been referenced at some point.
I feel like that would be great if they decided to make an on-the-side Fallout game for tablets, phones, PC, etc. I’m not sure it would do too well in a console setting.

Nostalrius? I was just trying it out recently. Fantastic private server! My only grievance is that I couldn’t even level any more since Horde outnumbers Alliance heavily, and they all love to gang up and gank the Alliance. Made a new character on Horde and started levelling, and then a friend convinced me to come back…
In regards to Dalaran, there was an object that teleported you into the city literally right underneath it on ground level.
So no, it wasn’t only accessible with flying.
I think the flying mount point is absolutely ridiculous. I have over 250 mounts.
Do I give a fuck that I rarely use them for flying any more? No.
