Maybe even cameo Luke Cage and Jessica Jones and Misty Knight and Colleen Wing.

Listen, All Rise got cancelled so Simone Missick is probably free. Just saying.
I can’t, for the life of me, think of a good reason this drunken brainshart reboot thing ever happened in the first place. Daredevil was awesome, and I remember reading that everyone, including the cast and crew was shocked when it was cancelled. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Plus it would have made absolutely no…
Never made much sense to me not to do this from the start. People liked Daredevil on Netflix and were bummed it was cancelled.
They should definitely bring back Colleen Wing and bring her into the Shang-Chi sequel... assuming they ever get around to making a Shang-Chi sequel.
Shang Chi would have been much better without the ridiculous end fight scene. It should have kept it more personal, just Shang Chi against his father (and maybe a few henchmen, why not?). Plus Akwafina is insufferable.
Counterpoint: Awkwafina.
Phases 1-3 more or less worked because everything was a movie tying in to the overall arc but you could watch any one heroes films (plus the Avengers) and know what’s going on.
I liked Eternals a bit less, but I think it was totally fine. But I absolutely agree with your last sentiment. I’m much happier with a flawed but interesting film than a by the numbers movie that doesn’t do anything interesting. I feel like people forget that doing Guardians of the Galaxy was a really weird swing from…
Nah. Part of terminal MCU brain is thinking that every character in an MCU film needs to have deep lore. It’s not true. It’d be like saying you need a movie for every new character introduced in the first Fast & Furious.
It should have been an 8-episode Disney+ show where we got to meet one Eternal at a time in the specific era in Earth’s history they most influenced.
I’m one of those weirdos who actually thought Eternals was pretty good, or at least decent and pushing the edges of what the Marvel template could do. There were also bits of it that simply LOOKED much better than basically anything else in the Marvel portfolio. I would take a complicated semi-whiff like Eternals any…
I always thought Marvel/Disney dropped the ball and pulled a DC with the Eternals. We had 8 characters new to the MCU and barely on the radar of most comic fans all introduced in one film.
More like deaf Taskmaster
Seriously, how many times do people have to say “No thanks” before MCU gets the point?
there are “street level” heroes, like Luke Cage, Daredevil, etc. That is where Echo belongs. I was unaware of her Phoenix powers, which sound ridiculous. “We don’t know what to do with this character. I know! Give her Phoenix powers!”
To each their own but I personally found Pierce to be an integral part of the show and often the funniest part. He could play the role of a villain and the butt of the joke really well and it felt like the seasons without him were missing something. Don’t blame the show for getting rid of Chase for being insufferable…
Christopher Titus posted the whole series to Youtube at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. They may still be up. They also made a follow-up reunion special in October 2020 that’s available to purchase.
I think part of it has to be that it has so much room around the stock engine for additional parts like turbochargers and intakes and whatnot. Front engine Corvettes and Porsche 911's are both pretty tight under the hood.
