Not really convinced a Crown Brick would have stuck the landing any better, and that Exploder CERTAINLY protected it’s idiotic occupant better in the ensuing crash.

So are we just going to gloss over that torch owned a house in los Feliz

I hope the spindle grill is larger and more spindly. splindlike. spindlish.

The current IS nose is really ugly, especially disappointing since the first 2 generations were both great looking cars.

OTOH the hatch is curved by cutting a piece of thin wall angle iron repeatedly with an angle grinder then, just bent. That looks floppy as hell:

I have to admit I was kinda hoping that Jason would find that the grille, door handles, and headlights/taillights were just decals. Nice to see that it’s close to as-advertised though!

This shows just how disingenuous Toyota’s claim was that they couldn’t build the Supra without a partnership.”

It’s beginning.

Do you want guillotines? Because this is how you get guillotines.

They are nice to be in, nice to drive and won’t break, I love my TSX wagon.

The base Abarth in the states is a 160 HP version of the 1.4 turbo with straight exhaust after the cat. I think they’re irresistibly and irrationally fun to rip around urban streets although they’re definitely not particularly serious or well conceived daily transportation for most people.

I disagree wholeheartedly without reservation on number 3. It’s harder to have more fun in a new car for under 25k. If you don’t enjoy an Abarth you have no soul and no capacity for fun.

Awesome! Yeah, I suppose interior color choice factors into this in a big way. I’m a huge fan of it in brown or red, but all black is BOOORING :)

Because I cannot afford another ticket with mein Porsche

Why so lukewarm on the interior? To me it looks stunning, simple, and thoroughly well executed. But I haven’t seen one in person either! I’d love to read an extended take on this!

I think it locks better sans louvres

The only way that could be “more” French would be with a baguette sticking out the window.

The correct answer is the seats from the 1977 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz. AND IT AIN’T EVEN CLOSE.

ack, sorry, fixed!

Actually, it has TWO clutches.
