With all due respect, no. She didn’t tell the truth, she was also an abuser, and was found guilty in a court of law. This has NOTHING to do with Gamergate. It’s not that she’s imperfect. She did bad stuff and got caught.

I was on Playstation Plus. It was fun as a “free” player on a paid game with seasons. I would have *never* paid to play the game. I don’t recommend it at all. Even less so now.

It’s fun until something random happens out of your control to cause you to lose the game. This game had too many of those moments for me.

Servers will improve quickly once people realize the gameplay just isn’t good enough to spend real money on the game’s cosmetics. Earning them was one thing, but now that I can’t spend in-game currency on cool costumes, I’m out.

The article is terrible. Video Games Chronicle has a better writeup on it. Basically, it’s about the Steam Deck uploading the saves when you go into suspend mode. It still does the usual way when you quit the game but this accounts for you turning off the console mid game.

Steam usual cloud saves upload when you close a game but the Steamdeck has sleep functions like handheld games with so the cloud saves upload right before sleeping(probably while it’s sleeping which makes more sense depending on how many saves youve made). I just wish/hope that more of them hew closer to the L4D formula and avoid classes/character abilities (for the protagonists, anyway), and definitely avoid any sort of level grind nonsense. L4D is still playable because of its simplicity. Don’t gild the lily.

Brian I saw this video before the article was posted. You put “Sony has not yet added subtitles to the clip, but there are English descriptions of select parts of the console during the teardown.” However the first thing I did was press the CC Closed Caption button and it has the subtitles.

Either I became fluent in Japanese overnight or they had translated subtitles when I watched it 6-7 minutes after its upload :S
