False equivalency. Valve never paid anyone to sell their games exclusively on Steam. They’re free to sell on whatever store/platform they want. You mostly see Steam keys being sold because Valve doesn’t take a cut in keys sold outside Steam.

Metro Exodus—which became a last-second Epic Games Store exclusive (...) sold 2.5 times as many copies at launch as its predecessor, Metro: Last Light, did on Steam.

Not to mention the many instances of positive (and more relevant) news about Steam that are never talked about, like how Any Steam game can now use Valve’s low-latency, DoS-proofed networking, or Valve’s “Steam Play” uses Vulkan to bring more Windows games to Linux (which was a huge deal for the Linux gaming community)…

You really shouldn't have split the argument in two articles (have to reach a quota of publications or something?). A lot of the criticism towards this video that I have read in the comments is somewhat explained in the "pro-nuclear" video of the same author. Most people didn't bother to watch that one.

Uchuu Kyoudai (Space Brothers) is the best current anime (almost) no one watches. Can't praise it enough. It's mostly a "comedy" but it also have its fair share of good drama when it's necessary...
