Haha, I play Risk on my iPad all the time, don't ask me why I guess have an urge to take over the world every so often. Anyway when I'm done playing my fingerprints always look like the map of the world on my iPad screen, always catches a random eye when I pull it out on the train and the fingerprint pattern is still

I'm not talking about mobile OS market-share, or total amount of handsets sold. I'm talking about one handset. RIM and Samsung sell more units than Apple but they have dozens of phones. The iPhone is the number 1 selling phone period, no single handset outsells the iPhone.

"Note: We love Android. In fact, we've previously covered switching from iPhone to Android just like this. Nonetheless, a lot of people are embracing the iPhone on a carrier that (supposedly) doesn't suck as much as AT&T and this post is here to help aid that transition."

@GrandmasterYoda: Use google voice to get a real phone number and have all the calls forwarded from the google voice number to your skype number. I believe you can set that up.

@mikeman06: I can second this. Shapes man! People like us need shapes.

@amaterasuhunter: UMD was always bad and was never good. It takes up to much space, has long load times, eats battery life, and is noisy. Which one of the PSPs new features would you like to get rid of to keep you floppy-like UMD drive? The Quad Core Prossesor, the new FLASH based game cards? The battery? Get rid of

@timzster: Sometimes you have to let bad formats die. The UMD would of done nothing but drain battery life, and take up space that could easily be used for better hardware or bigger battery.

@Adam Plante: With the new free version you can create a hotspot like with MyWi or you can create an ad-hoc network with your comp. I used it all last week when my internet was down cause of the storm, used it as a hotspot.

Just as a note, PDAnet. Also a cydia app lets you create a hotspot out of your iPhone is free unlike MyWi. And 'Notifier' repeats pop-up notifications more than twice, and lets you set how long and how often they keep reminded you that you have an unread text, message etc.

@LifesSweetDrug: Get Doubletwist, it integrates with other music apps to sync your music and playlists to your Android phone.

I'd make it play like the original N64 version, I like all the smash games but I always like the first one the best.

Shy guys at the end made it for me.

@timgray: You can run Plex off it, which is pretty much XBMC but for Macs.

Don't they realize if they made a complete DC collection it would sell a shitload of copies and probably be compared to the Orange Box as one of the greatest compilation games of all time. But of course sega disappoints.

Always been a favorite of mine

As a fan of the PS2 GTA games, I enjoyed SR2 more than I did GTA4. While GTA4 had an incredibly detailed city and better atmosphere, I missed the arcade gameplay, especially the driving of the earlier GTA games. Cover-based shooting mixed with auto locking targets made the game way to easy even with auto-lock off.

@Homer Berkowitz: Verizon has a network with Edge like speeds but it's not called edge. Old Palm Treo phones used this network.

@egoods: At least in NYC, there are tons of hotspots but almost all are password protected. Many apartments have WiFi networks with no passwords but when your on the ground, those networks are to far out of range to get a decent connection, even though they show up as available networks.

@minusX: True but there's an actual usable gamepad to play games with it now.

Question is, if an iPhone 5 is released in June, which would follow history, will Verizon get the new iPhone just 4-5 months after they debuted the iPhone 4? Seems like the timing doesn't make sense.
