@GreasyPig: When the hell did Dazzler become so popular? I read a LOT of comics back in the day and nobody ever gave a crap about her. Boring character with boring powers. Was there a particular run or series that changed perceptions about her?

@xsbs: most sysadmins I know have wireless-wan cards because they need to be able to get on the systems even when they're not at work. It really sucks when the one guy you really need isn't anywhere near a computer and you have to eat an hour or two of downtime while you wait.

@chirag2k: it's the quality of the apps...I spent money for apps on my iPhone, but I haven't really found much in the Android marketplace worth spending money on.

@Odin: Who buys a new iPhone in Q1 when the new one will be out in Q2?

@TheWormInYourApple: Exactly, 70,000 android apps and I can't seem to find a decent game, but they have 10,000 naked lady apps. These phones have web browsers people, quit buying this shit that is free on the web.

@Jonny_eh: Exactly...I love my Evo, but the fact is that I can't seem to get 4g indoors even though we have great coverage in Dallas & to get decent battery life I have to really manage my running processes...none of these devices are perfect, either work around the issues or find a different phone.

@YouISee: Have you ever used a Mac? I live in the terminal shell and my mac provides all the tools I need as a power user. Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, SSH, etc - a base windows install doesn't hold a candle. A mac is usable out of the box, -vs- windows that needs a ton of bloatware before you can do anything useful.

I'm not sure I get why everyone is making such a huge deal about putting a case on your phone. I can't think of anyone I know with an iPhone 3g or 3gs that doesn't have a case on it.

@Odin: if I'm cleaning a gun and it goes off due to negligence that's manslaughter. How someone died, doesn't automatically make it murder. It could have been borderline self defense so they convict on a lesser sentence.

@DirtyHippy: that's some crazy logic...how would hiding evidence change it from manslaughter to homicide?
