Z4 was the only design Bangle did right. Though everything hes done is better than the schmuck running the show now. 🤮 

Lotus did similar, except that the bumper line is fake! There is no actual panel separation between the “bumper” and the top part of the clamshell!

I think the Lexus IS handles this pretty well. The seam is kind of an extension of the taillight.

The back end of the Camry is raging tire fire in general. Between that and the Lexus Predator Face, it seems that Toyota’s design department is just a bunch of bro’s locked in a room with a lifetime supply of Red Bull and Jager.

The Accord, or even a Civic SI, would be a good choice. 

For comparison, you can get a 300 hp.. stock.. Camry nowadays.  Honda really brought it weak with the Accord 2.0T, especially considering they started with a CTR engine.

What kind of “experts” don’t suggest a Honda Accord Sport 2.0T which is a similar motor to the Type R.   Comes in a Manual Transmission and is a great family sedan and what I’d expect would be Honda reliability.
