I really don’t expect the factory recommendations to be written for anyone other than gentle commuting grandmas. Mine came with an “extreme” maintenance schedule, though, so I’ve been following that, TBH.

I think you’re safe to trust VAG when they reassure you about air quality. They’d never lie about something like that.
