Oh, Man, Sparky. I’m glad you said that. Yeah. This.

Oh, clearly they aren’t.  There’s just something in the water supply in CA that makes people less trusting.

I have regretted not stopping to help and never regretted helping. Even the CRAZY lady who turned out to be drunk when I gave her a ride home (which kept getting longer and more out of my way as we went on) got me a good story. I have gotten rides in other countries and never really worried about it.

We ♥ you, Jason!

Yeah - you just make one innocent stop, and next thing you know you’re elbow deep in engine lubricant helping David Tracy rebuild a Jeep engine... madness, I tell you!

Nobody even really bothers to speak to other people in CA anymore...we’re forgetting how to behave around other people.

I stop for anyone in old cars. So BEWARE.

A neighbor of mine, a woman in her mid-fifties whose appearance might charitably be called “plain,” had car trouble several years ago, and as luck would have it, whatever electrical issue her car had suffered also bricked her cellphone that had been hooked to its charger.

IN the other 48 states they do, so it’s not an American thing. This is a CA thing, where you see 10 come-ons and bizarre-o anti-social stuff in a simple 40 minute commute. I’ve never lived anywhere (after living in 6 other time zones) like CA, where it’s so congested that the natural response is to simply tune people

As america gets safer and safer its population gets more and more convinced they are less and less safe. People just ignore stats. Boo facts this is America!

I’d be very careful.  There are some real nuts out there.

I wish I did pull over to help people more often. Normally when I see someone, I am traveling at interstate speeds and can’t get over and slow down in time or safely to help.

I’m afraid this warning is a very American thing.

I have before, and if my wife or sisters were stranded with a flat tire I’d like to think a good samaritan would stop and help them.

Good examples of Z3s are just too easy to find for not much more $$$. Here is a 97 with the 2.8L 6 and a six speed for two bucks shy of $5K. The paint is good, the body is good, the interior is good, and it has 40K fewer miles on it. Tell me that’s not worth the extra $2898!

Where did you get your money tree?

Was thinking along the same lines.  Race seat, build your own roll cage engine swap hoon.

How about a great drift platform begging for an S54 swap all for only $2100, uhm yes please.

If “the other side” wants to call something “a doojobbie” while you have never called that something “a doojobbie” then .. okay.

How well does it drift when placing lunch trays under the rear wheels and leaving the handbrake on? Not that I really want to know, just trying to help you guys have some more fun here.
