Joe Manchin would not vote to make Mitch McConnell the leader of the Senate, and he is literally the only Democrat who could possibly win that seat. He’s particularly bad from a progressive standpoint but he is still miles better than a Republican, which, again, is literally the only other option.

Sure- Joe Manchin, Jon Tester, Michael Bennett, Mark Warner, Tim Kaine, Doug Jones, arguably Sherrod Brown on some issues - all are, at least on some issues, centrists; especially by the Splinter definition of the term.

McGrath seems like a perfect candidate for KY not the Bronx. Certainly better than the turtle headed fuck stick they have now. I’ll take another (D) for the win thanks.

Paul-

This analysis is not only bad, but it’s the same lazy analysis that we read time and time again. So are you postulating that an AOC candidate would have more success in these districts? The reality is that many places are conservative. Even more are socially conservative. In the South, many Democrats and especially

“ I say if he’s so powerful, look at what he’s done with that power. He didn’t secure the border, he didn’t fix the immigration system, he didn’t do anything that we need to get done on infrastructure. “

I don’t read that as what she’s saying she wants to do... more that Moscow Mitch has said that “These are my priorit

The point that the Dems were, after being told there would be no votes taking place, attending memorial services honoring the heroes and victims of 9/11, which to be honest is what the NC Republicans should have been doing, and likely would have been doing had they not concocted this sleazy scheme.

From the comment section on the source article: “I don’t even know who either of these people are, but I must say, as a straight black man who loves white girls messiness...this is top shelf."

Oh, hey, editing. This:

Won’t somebody think of Trudge or Trog or Tarp or whoever the hell their children are?

I would assume that Don Jr. and Ivanka hate each other for the same reason America hates them.

This is going to be hardest on Bristol, Track, Twig, Smock, Groot, Krunk, Willow, Slider, Stub, Twiddle, Piper, Fluff, Carat, Keg, Snuggle, Bop, Rice and Spoit.

How’s the methy, grifty thing working out for you?

“I don’t have health insurance” is not the flex you think it is, lady.

Headline from the future:

Saying “myself” instead of “me”. Those words are not interchangeable.

David Brooks is useless for the most part, but I had to admit that he had a pretty good crack about Joe Walsh running against Trump on last Friday’s NPR thing where he and E.J. Dionne provide opinions: “It’s like Mini-Me running against Dr. Evil.”  I did let out a chortle at that one.

People tell me I sound like an ass when I properly use “whom” but I’ll die on that hill.

The responses are just golden.
