When are folks going to realize buying a really good piece of equipment ONCE cost less in the long run?

More stitches, more places to fail. No thanks.

Not only is it gorgeous, but the 22r engine is literally bombproof. Even if it were to break down somehow, it could be fixed, literally, with a Phillips screwdriver, a 10mm socket, some duct tape, and 30mm piece of speaker wire.

Everything will come down to a final ratings solution.

That is Sabine Schmitz. Yes, she did.

Agreed on this idea. This has been my go-to strategy long before Tucker Max could probably legally buy a beer.

Trust me, if I were driving a golf cart like that everyone would be jumping out the way just to save their own lives. Golf etiquette or manners be dammed when I can run 120mph down a par 4 fairway in an EZ-Go.

With one minute per hole of "actually playing golf" on a 6700yd course, I'd be able to finish a round of golf in under 20 minutes driving that thing.

My favorite thing to see there are the combis and minvans loaded with two or three vomiting kids strapped in safety seats, dad white-knuckling the steering wheel, and a screaming mom in the passenger seat.

If you can't find a place to to poop, just shit right in the middle of turn two. Everyone will miss it...

This article, titled "The Police Are Still Out of Control," writtne by THE Frank Serpico on Thursday of last week pretty well sums up everything that's fucked with the corrupt and entirely unaccountable police state that exists in the US right now.

Been there many times, and you can often find a fair number of well known drivers from the Charlotte area getting seat time there before road course races in the Sprint Cup series.

I have a good friend and former NASCAR driver who is in negotiations with the bank and mortgage holder of Rockingham right now. He and his partners are absolutely serious about bringing back racing there.

One thing I would add, especially where sleeping bags are concerned, is that people need to understand how there are differences in the "types of cold" from location to location. No...this isn't an old wives tale from days gone past...it's a real phenomena, and it's based on humidity.

Some of the best in the world, no doubt. Saw a double-bit at a pawnshop many years ago priced at $100.00, but I didn't recognize what it was way back then. Man, what a missed opportunity.

As an owner of two SOG tomahawks, I can conform they are a fantastic tool to have around if you don't mind the extra weight, or, it you are car camping and want a handy, small all-purpose chopper, trencher, etc. to stash in your kit. When the weather is at the margins of snow/ice and no-snow/ice, I carry both of them

Is the Alfa now in TX or still over here in Germany? If it is still over here, I can drive it for you and work out all the kinks on my free weekends. :-)

Good luck. Stef. Drive the wheels off that thing!

Not that I would have any knowledge of this, but de-restriced in the US, that car will do almost exactly 212mph, stock.

I actually wonder if some of these bad BBB reports aren't from disgruntled taxi drivers just trying to stir shit and cause problems.
