Ran into this with Microsoft Mappoint. I need directions to Ft. Clinch, FL, and it was correct up until it told me to make a RIGHT at County Road 200/1A. Which would have had me driving on the beach and into the Atlantic. Which certainly was possible to do at that point. I took a left and found my destination.

Yeah, it's plain arthritis, not RA.

I've gone to a Microsoft trackball (no longer made unfortunately, and Ebay is expensive...) due to issues with a mouse and my right thumb. Why it's my right thumb, I don't understand, but it still flares up now and then, and the last time I went to the doctor to see about it, after about four different tests, I was

Bingo!

I want that clarinet. Somehow, I doubt that I can afford it.

For all the bitching, the reason why I want this is that Gawker put up an MP3, and it's been downloaded a whole 114 times, and now can't be downloaded due to some (who's?) limit.

Click on the gear, then settings, then account, then grant access to your account. It SHOULD be between Using Gmail for work? and Add additional storage.

Gmail already has a procedure in place that allows me to take over my wife's Gmail account, and she can take over my Gmail account. You'll forever have the reminder at the top of the screen until it times out.

You have to have a margin to see the ghosted stuff. Ha!

OK, it seems to be rooted. But I got into Nook mode, and I have no idea of how to get back to Android mode. WTF?

Eh. I'm almost always home. It's when I'm AWAY from home that I might want access to certain stuff on my FTP server (when I don't want to go crawling through the TBs that I've got at home!)

Dead easy in Firefox. You get the dialog for a search, you right click on the search dialog, and right click (or whatever the same thing for a Mac is, if Mac), and choose Add a keyword for this search... which will open a little dialog to type the keyword (and put it in a folder if so inclined, it's in your bookmark

Not yet. I try not to be too stupid about it. One day I probably will.

Snausages!

Considering you can create an FTP/WebDAV connection in Explorer, that is the way I tend to roll. Now true, it's not as sexy as just dragging and dropping onto an icon (create a shortcut, I guess, to get around that). Now maybe you don't have your own FTP or WebDAV server, but I've got my site's FTP server and

I do that, and I still have to change it around twice for it to work.

I have a paramaterized search (keyword gt) to get real time results.

I haven't like trackpads for awhile, although Apple's Magic Trackpad looks interesting, because at least it's the hell away from my thumbs and palm, which are the usual culprits in why I don't like trackpads on laptops. My hands are just too damn meaty.

Oh, I've seen it get down to the teens in early morning, only to be in the mid 70s by noon.
