Update/Next Thought: Luckily I live in Cincinnati and we have become an amazing epicenter of Midwest brewery revitalization.

I’m willing to give them a go again, but I legit just don’t like my beer to taste like Hops and/or Grass. That has always been my issue with IPAs. It’s why I typically stick to Stouts and Sours.
